Our process;

Consult closely with the client to determine their exact requirements such as "cultural fit", skill and education levels and the most important core competencies. 

Importantly, find out the key challenges or projects the role will need to meet or achieve over the next few years.  Then develop the most appropriate detailed methodology to achieve a successful result.

  • Develop target lists of potential candidates and industry sources to identify candidates in the passive market and, where appropriate, media advertising.
  • Detailed discussion with selected candidates about the opportunity and assessment of their career objectives, motivations and competencies.
  • Development of the short-list and presentation to the client.
  • Arrangement of client/candidate interviews and follow-up assessments.
  • Conducting detailed reference checking of candidates and arranging psychometric testing if required.
  • Negotiating an offer and managing the candidate's expectations and acceptance.
  • Regular periodic follow-up with clients and candidates after employment has commenced.
